Our online return process is optimized for use on Chrome or Firefox. If you are creating an online return and are encountering an issue while using another browser, such as Safari or Internet Explorer, or using a mobile device browser, you may encounter issues.
You can easily download Chrome on a desktop computer here. Just click to download, open the browser, login to your gilt account and create your return. If you wish you can then remove the Browser from your applications folder, once your return has been created.
If your item is not showing as eligible for return in your account it may that the item is beyond the return period which is 30 days from shipment, or the item is not eligible for return, to view non-eligible items, please see our return policy.

You can return your item by mail through following the below guidelines:
- Get started at our returns section. Items will show as eligible if returnable and within 30 days of ship date. For eligible items, please see our return policy
- Select Gilt Credits or Original Form of Payment (less a $9.50 return shipping fee)
- Follow the prompts to print your return slip and shipping label.
- Mail your item(s) back with the return slip enclosed.
Your refund of Original Form of Payment (less a $9.50 return shipping fee) or Gilt Credits will be issued once Gilt has received and processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item's ship date (or as otherwise stated in the item's product page).
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, and dust bags.
We are happy to exchange an item for another size if the item is returnable, available in our inventory and within 30 days of shipment. Please note that this policy excludes final sale items. For instructions on exchanging an item click How to Create an Online Exchange.
Returnable Items shipped incorrect, or delivered damaged, must be returned by Mail click here to start your return. For Non returnable items, please reach out to our customer service team.

Returns/Exchanges cannot be created from the Mobile Site or Gilt App. Mail Returns and Exchanges must be created through Gilt.com returns section from a PC/laptop.
