To give our customers wider access to coveted brands and inventory, some items in sales are not stored in our distribution centre. These items come directly from our vendor once you place your order and for this reason delivery dates are a little more extended. We show an extended delivery message on the Product Sale Page and at Check-out where this applies. You can see your delivery dates in your account by reviewing the order HERE
From time to time your order may be split when items are arriving from different locations or vendors, if part of your order arrives and the tracking shows as delivered but you are expecting other items, never fear, they will arrive separately within the estimated delivery time frame indicated.
On rare occasions, we may experience an unexpected delay in receiving merchandise from a vendor. Please don't worry as we will ship these items, as soon as we receive them. You can check your delivery progress using the tracking link in your order details section of your account once your order ships HERE .
