When a payment on an order is not authorised by the financial institution associated with the card, the customer will receive an email advising that the payment on the order needs attention and the order will show payment needs attention in the account settings. You will be required to update your credit card details or add a new card for payment to prevent the order cancelling.
Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated unless the inventory is still available to purchase. To update the payment please click HERE. Once the order with a payment issue appears, please click on "Update Payment". This will bring you to your saved credit cards on file. Please select your preferred card or click "edit" to make any necessary changes to the details. Don't forget to save these changes and resubmit your order.
