Using Promo Code
To apply a promo code, simply proceed to checkout. Enter your code using the link "apply promo code". Promotional Codes are account specific and if you a re eligible for a discount it will only apply when you have logged in using the email address associated with your promotion. The discount will automatically be deducted from the total before you 'submit' the order.
Please note: You will need to have a credit card registered on your account to check out, even if you have a promotion code. Codes are case sensitive and may be restricted to certain sales or categories. Discounts may have a threshold cap associated, please check the terms and conditions of the offer, if the promo is not applying.
Having Difficulty Applying your Promotion Code?
Follow these simple troubleshooting steps:
- Have you read the Term & Conditions of the promotion code? Some of our promotions are only valid to first time members or may be only valid on a mobile device etc. Be sure to check the terms & conditions to ensure your order meets the criteria and remember that codes are case sensitive.
-Has the promotion code been used on a previous order or has it expired?.
- Did you receive the promotion to another email address not associated with your Gilt Account which you currently attempting to use the promo on? Promotions are account specific.
