Within this five minute window a member of our Customer Service team may also remove items within the order or modify the shipping address. After this period, orders process to our Automated Distribution Centre and further modifications may not be made.
Once an order has been cancelled, or an item removed from an order, we do not have the ability to subsequently reinstate it.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute USPS orders.
