To cancel your Gilt account, please send us an email using the 'Send us a message' link with your request and we will deactivate your account. This will deactivate your login credentials for Gilt, Gilt City and Travel. Please allow 5 business days for these changes to come into effect.
Should you wish to reactivate your account, please contact Customer Support at (877) 280-0545 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are receiving too many Gilt emails, you can update your email preferences by clicking here. To stop receiving all marketing and promotional emails, you can check the box that says 'Unsubscribe me from all Gilt Groupe emails.' You will continue to receive transactional emails - order confirmations, shipping confirmations, etc. - even if you unsubscribe from Gilt's marketing emails.
