Return To Store
If you return to a Saks Off Fifth store and choose a Saks OFF 5TH Instant Merchandise Credit refund, the associate will provide you with a Saks OFF 5TH Merchandise Credit (in card form) at the register. The Merchandise Credit does not expire and is eligible to use in-store, (U.S. and Canada locations) or online shopping on SaksOff5TH.com (for shipments to U.S. only). Saks OFF 5TH cannot process refunds for items that were shipped incorrectly or delivered damaged.
If you return to a store and select an Original Form of Payment refund, your refund will be processes and refunded to your credit card (typically within 24-48 hours).
Return By Mail
If you return by mail and select Original Form of Payment or Gilt Credits, we will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation, once your return has been fully processed. Gilt Credits will be available once the return is completed, and credit card refunds will appear on your statement 3-5 days afterwards, depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 14 days, for return shipment and processing.
You can check the status of any return by visiting gilt.com/return, clicking on the Return No. in your History and clicking the "Track Shipment" button on the upper right-hand corner.
