You can view the estimated delivery date of your order and track shipments HERE. Once your order ships we will send an email notifying you. Just click on the order number within the email to view the "track shipment" link in the orders section of your account.
Alternatively, you can track your order once it ships in your account settings here: TRACK SHIPMENT
To track your order from our mobile app just click ACCOUNT>GILT ORDERS, Then select the Order you want to track and click the "Track" button.
To receive notifications on your mobile device regarding shipments, refunds, gilt events and waitlisted items, just click SETTINGS on your mobile device. select the Gilt app, then click NOTIFICATIONS>ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS. To determine which notifications you want to receive, just open the App on your mobile device , select ACCOUNT>SETTINGS & PREFERENCE>NOTIFICATIONS and then set preferences for which notifications you want to receive.
From time to time your order may be split when items are arriving from different locations or vendors, if part of your order arrives and the tracking shows as delivered but you are expecting other items, never fear, they will arrive separately within the estimated delivery time frame indicated.
