If you are encountering issues with your voucher code, please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Manually enter the voucher code into the vendors site as copying and pasting can cause the code to appear to be invalid.
- Some of our vendors sites are case sensitive, if the code is not accepted in uppercase, try entering it in lower case or try removing the dash ("-").
- If the hyperlink on your voucher is not working correctly, right click on the word "here" and select "open link in new tab" and you will be directed to the correct web address.
- If you are having difficulty getting in contact with the vendor, try contacting at different times of the day as vendors may be particularly busy during lunch time etc.
